From 2008 December Latvian Textads network (www.textads.lv) is using the same contextual engine. The same as in Lithuania ads now are shown not only depending on chosen ad category, but also depending on website content.
Latvian Textads ad network is Lithuanian Textads analog. The same PPC payment method, textual ads that now became contextual, network divided into categories. Maybe one interesting difference that latvians have Adult category "18+", where you can advertise your adult projects.
System update now is showing first results - ads CTR has grown twice and click price is smaller than before.
After system renewal we updates Latvian website to the latest corporate version. They now have english version, so you can find more information on Textads easily.
